Cut sarso and palak and wash them many times.now boil it.

When it boil grind it.take kadai add chopped heeng chopped garlic ginger add tomatoes now.add salt red chilli green chilli.

Saute it now add puree of sarso.make it on low flame till 1 hr.

You can add little imli water for tangy taste I always use it......

For makka add water and knead fine till cracks gone.

Make a makka roti on your palm with help of water then roast in tawa.

Ready to eat makke ki roti and sarso da saag.....with radish...
