Roast almonds, kaju, makhana in a pan..

Let it cool. Grind it coarsely. Dry fruits should be crumbled

Grate coconut. Keep it aside.

Heat pan/wok. Add Mawa. Saute until light brown.

Add dry fruits mixture, grated coconut, sugar powder, ellaychi powder. Add melted ghee. Mix all properly.

Make laddoo in desired size.

Roll it in desiccated coconut.

Store it in air tight jar. Keep it in refrigerator.
