3 cupsunflower seeds
2 cuppecans
1/4 cupapple cider vinegar
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/2 cupsunflower oil
1/4 cupwater
1 cupfresh parsley, chopped coarsely (packed firm)
1/2 cupfresh dill chopped coasely (packed firm)
3 clovegarlic
2 tspsea salt

Soak the sunflower seeds for 8 hours.

Rinse the soaked seeds well before use. Using a food processor, grind them into powder.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until a creamy texture.
