Ingredients

  1. 1 cupVermicilli
  2. 1.5 cupWater
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 2 strandsKesar
  5. 1/4 cupElaichi powder
  6. Ghee
  7. Badam,pista chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add ghee and vermicilli, bhuno till golden brown and aroma comes from it.

  2. 2

    Now add water, sugar, elaichi powder..kesar and cover it for 10 min on simmer.

  3. 3

    Garnish it with almond and pista..
