Steps

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan and cook mushrooms, red bell paper and carrot, cook till it done

Add cooked veggies, salt, green chilies and coriander leaves in mashed potatoes and mix well.

Heat oil in nonstick pan, take small portion from mixture and shape them, shallow fry on low flame till it turn in golden

Take out on plate
- 5
Serve this with cabbage and carrot salad.
