Boil 3 cups water also add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tsp salt in it. When water Start boiling add 100 Gram Soya Chunks and leave them for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame. Drain and keep soya chunks aside.

Add oil in a pan. Add pinch of hing, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When they begin to splutter, add onions. Fry till the onions turn golden. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.

When the mixture beings to leave the side of the pan. Add 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste and Maggi Masala. Mix well, and saute for 2 minutes.

Add Soya Chunks and mix well. Add 3 cups water. Cover and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes in medium flame. Cook all the masala in low flame.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Puri, pratha or Chapati.
