Heat a pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomato and cook until it became soft.

Add salt as per taste. Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp chaat Masala, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add Maggi Masala and 4 tbsp water. Cook for a minute. Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce,mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.

Now heat another pan and spread some ghee. Roast the bread for 2 minutes and turn it to the other side with the help of a spatula. Cook the toast on both sides till it gets nice golden brown color. Roast all bread in same way.

Take a roast bread apply a gentle amount of veg mixture using spoon. Also spread some sev bhujia on it an cover it with another bread. Cut it in the shape you want.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
