Quick and easy healthy salad recipe, Main ingredients used curd, fruits, foxnuts, cashewnuts and peanuts.
Steps

Heat Clarified butter and roast cashews and fox nuts, transfer it into plate.

Now add sugar in curd and whisk till sugar dissolve.

Cut bananas into pieces.

Boil soaked peanuts in fresh water and then drain extra water after boiled.

Take large mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients well (sweet curd, foxnuts, cashewnuts, banana, pomegranate and peanuts).

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and serve chill.
