Ingredients

  1. 400 gmladyfingers (cut into long strips)
  2. as per tastesalt
  3. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  4. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespoonmango powder (amchur)
  7. 3 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil on tawa, add ladyfingers and cook till it get little 1/2 done.

    Add all spices and cooked till it become crisp.
