400 gmladyfingers (cut into long strips)
as per tastesalt
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoongaram masala powder
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 tablespoonmango powder (amchur)
3 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

Heat oil on tawa, add ladyfingers and cook till it get little 1/2 done.

Add all spices and cooked till it become crisp.

Serve with rice and dal
