  • 2 cuproasted vermicelli
  • 2 tea spoonoil
  • 1/2 tea spoonrai
  • 1/2 tea spoonjeera
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1chopped aloo
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato without chilka
  • 1Made flower of chilka /tomato cover
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 10-15peas
  • 1/2 tea spoonRed Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonhaldi
  • 1/2 tea spoonDhania powder
  • 1/4 tea spoonamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan.. Heat oil..put rai and Jeera.. Then add all chopped vegetables.. Except tomato.. Cook for 5 mins on low heat

    Add salt and all other spices. Mix well. Add around 3 cups water..

    Take a boil.then add vermicelli.. And cook at high flame

    When it is done... take if off from stove

    Plate it. Garnish with tomato flower. Fresh corriender and serve with green chutney or ketchup
