Shallow fry paneer cubes in ghee till it will get turn into light brown.

Make sugar syrup (1&1/2 cup sugar +3 cup water+ green cardamom) bring it to boil for 3 to 4min on low flame.

Put fried paneer in sugar syrup cover lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.

Add coconut pieces, almonds cover the lid and cook it for 3 to 4minutes on low flame.

Add raisins and dates again cook for 2 minutes by covering lid.

Now finally add zaffron and cook well till all ingredients look little shiny or you can say sugar syrup covered the ingredients.

Cool down on room temperature.

Serve it in in bowls.
