Clean and wash all dal. Soak in 2 cup water for 1/2 hour.

Dal mein haldi or namak dal ke cooker ko gas p rakh de or gas on kar de.2 whistle lgaye.

Karahi mein desi dale.Put in all veggies and all ingredients.Mix well.Fry 2 min and dal ko mix kar ek ubal lgaye.

Corridor leaves se garnish karein.last mein garam masala dale.
