Take your cup of rice and add water to it (just enough to have a little bit of water at the top), then break the cinnamon stick in half and place both pieces into the rice with water. Let the rice sit intill the water is consumed (if its not complete consumed its okay).

After your rice and cinnamon have consumed the water pour the cup of rice into a blender. Now usually a blender will have measurements on the side so just fill up the blender with water intill you reach the 5 cups mark. Then obviously turn on the blender and well blend.

Now grab a strianer and place it above a gallon sized container pour everything you blended (make sure you catch the bits of rice and cinnamon or else it will be really hard to enjoy this drink). You can now begin to pour in the 4 cups of water, the 5 cups of milk, and the cup of sugar. Mix well, chill, serve, and enjoy.
