Mix all ingredients (all purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, ajwain, kasuri methi, dried curry leaves and 2 tablespoons oil) rub all the ingredients well.

Now make dough by adding little by little water. Take handful portion from dough and roll it thinly.

Now cut it in rectangular shape with the help of knife or pizza cutter.

Heat required oil in wok and deep fry all crackers masala biscuits on low high flame.

Take out on absorbing paper, cool it on room temperature and store it in airtight jar.
