Ingredients

1 cupVanilla flavoured Yoghurt
1/2 cupWhipped Cream
1 tbspshredded coconut
1 tbspgrated white chocolate
For fruit mixture:
1/2 cuppeeled and chopped kiwifruit (1 1/2 medium)
1/2 cupchopped fresh or tinned Pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 tsphoney
slicesFor Garnishing: kiwi Fruit

Steps

In a small bowl mix yoghurt mixture ingredients.set aside.

In another bowl gently toss Fruit mixture ingredients until coated.set aside.

In each Parfait glasses alternately spoon yoghurt mixture and fruit mixture.

Repeat the layers.

Top each Parfait with swirled whipped cream with the help of star nozzle and garnished with slices of kiwi Fruit.
