  • 2tomatoes
  • 1.onions
  • Cooking oil
  • 2carrots Salt
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 6potatoes

  1. 1

    Fry the onions with cooking oil the add tomatoes with carrots

  2. 2

    Add the chopped peeled potatoes and githeri then boil for 10 mins.

  3. 3

    Add salt and cook for 3 more minutes.
