I was wanted to serve hot and low fat snacks to my family.
So I made-
Vegies filled baked samosa
Tastes yummm with Green chutney.
I used sweet corn and broccoli for filling.

Steps

Mix Maida, oil,salt,carom seeds and water and knead stiff dough.

Keep it aside.

Now heat a pan with one spoon oil.

Add green chillies and BOILED corn and broccoli.

Now add other spices other than green coriander leaves.

Cook for 2-3 Minutes in medium flame

Now sprinkle green coriander leaves and let it cool.

Now roll one chapati from prepared dough.

Cut it from middle.

Now take half chapati and make a cone fill prepared masala in it and seal it with help of milk.

Repeat with rest of dough and masala.

Now preheat oven for 5 Minutes.

Dust baking dish and keep samosas in it.

Brush some oil on samosas and bake it on 200° c for ten minutes.

Now turn samosas and again bake for 5 Minutes.

Hot baked broccoli,corn samosa ready.

Note- keep checking in microwave after each 2-3 Minutes.

Note-you can add,carrot,peas,cheese also in broccoli masala.
