  2. 150 gmpaneer fry kiya
  3. 2onion
  4. 3tomato
  5. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  6. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  9. Salt
  10. Oil

    Ek pan me oil garam karein.... jeera chatkaaye.... onion brown hone tak bhune.... ginger garlic paste daalkar bhune.... tomato and sare masale add karein achchhe se bhun le..... ab palak paste daale and pakne de.... last me fry paneer add karein
