Ingredients

  • 11/2 cupkhata malai dar curd
  • 2 cuprice 🍚 powder
  • 1 spoongreen cardamom powder
  • Oil fry karne ke liye
  • Sugar syrup ke liye.
  • 3 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle hm curd Ko acche trah se mix kar lege,fir Usme slowly slowly hm rice flour dalege,aur ek thick batter Bana lege.ek dum dahi bade ke jaisa.

    Ab is batter Ko hm cover karke 3-4 hours ke liye cover karke rakh lege.

  3. 3

    Ab ek kadai me oil garam karege,aur usme hm is batter Ko acche trah se mix karke Apne pasand ke anusar shape dege.

    Ise fry karte time gas ka flam medium to low hi rakhna hai

  5. 5

    High flame pe ye uper se red ho jayega,andar se nahi pakega, isliye aap is chiz ka dhayan rakhna

  6. 6

    Is trah hm sare gulbjamun fry kar lege.

  7. 7

    Ab ek bada bowl lege usme water aur sugar Ko dal kar ek gada syrup hone tak pakayege.

  8. 8

    Ab gas off kar lege,aur sare fry kiye huye gulbjamun Ko is sugar syrup me dal dege,aur 5 minutes ke liye cover karke rakh dege.

  9. 9

    5 minutes ke baad ek ek gulbjamun Ko hm plate me Nikal kar rakh lege aur ise thanda hone dege.

  10. 10

    Thanda hone pe iske uper sugar syrup ki acche se white coat ho jayega.

  11. 11

    Ab aap iska Anand lijiye.ye uper se crispy hota hai aur andar se soft

  12. 12

    Bahut yummy lagta hai ye gulbjamun.
