2pie crusts
9 ozground beef (250 grams)
7 slicesAmerican cheese (cheddar blend)
6 slicesbacon
4hot dog sausages
2 tablespoonsbarbecue sauce
2 tablespoonsmustard
2 tablespoonsketchup
1onion
1egg

Sauté the onion with a pinch of salt.

Cook the ground beef with the onion and season with salt.

Add the bacon, chopped, and when browned, add the hot dog sausages.

Once everything is sautéed, add the sauces and mix well.

Spread the filling over the first pie crust, leaving the edges clear. Place the cheese slices on top, then cover with the second pie crust.

Seal the edges, brush with beaten egg, and cut a few slits with a knife to let steam escape.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
