  • 1Sugar to roll bananas in
  • 12Spring roll sheets
  • 1Oil for deep frying.

    Peel and halve each banana along the length, i.e vertically.

  2. 2

    Roll each half in sugar.

  3. 3

    Then roll each half in a spring roll sheet and deep fry.
