Ak karai mein oil daal kar gram Karein usme jeera, heeng, green chilli, ginger paste daal kar sauté karein.

Phir usme chop onion daal kar sauté Karein ab chop tomato or sare masale daal kar sauté Karein.

Jab tomato soft ho jae to chop capsicum or boil peas daal kar 3-4 min sauté karein. Ab usme kadukas curry hui Gobi daal kar mix karein or dakkan laga kar pakaye jab tak Gobi pak kar soft na ho jae.

Ab dakkan hatta kar coriander daal kar 2-3 min ko high flame par sauté karein or gas band karke thande karein.

Ab nonstick tawe ko gram Karein or bread ke kinare cuts kar le.

Bread ke 1 piss par tomato sauce or dusre par green chutney lagaye. Chutney wale piss par sabji rake or sauce wali bread uske uppar rakh kar halka hath se press karein.

Ab tawe par butter laga kar sandwich ko dono taraf se low flame par sake le. Crispy hone tak.
