Steps

Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan on a low flame. Roast mutter in such a way by stirring in between that they turn crispy and then keep them aside

Now take 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Heat it. Add aloo and fry it by covering the pan so that they r properly cooked and crunchy by stirring it occasionally

When it is half cooked add sliced tomatoes

Add dry spices and lemon juice and cook it properly. Serve hot with paranthas.
