Wash daal and take 4_5 vissel by adding salt turmeric and tomato.

After vissel we make tadka by adding deshi ghee heat it add heeng cumin seeds when it crackle add red chilli now add tadka in daal..

Rice add ghee in cooker add cumin seeds salt water now add rice take vissel..rice is ready.

We serve daal rice with papad....happycooking.
