1Onion chopped
1Carrot chopped
2Potato Boiled
4 tbspConflour
to tasteSalt
1 tbspMirch
1 tbspCoriander powder
1 tbspChat masala
4 tbspOats
1Capsicum chopped

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Make a dough like mixture.

Apply oil in your hands. Take a small portion from it and give them cutlet shape.

Add 1 tbsp oil in pan and put the cutlet on it.

Turn it when it became golden brown.

Take out in plate when it turn golden brown from both side.

Served with Ketchup
