  • 1 bowl salt dalkar boiled gahat ya kulthi ki daal
  • 1 onion barik kata hua
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic n green chillies barik kati hui
  • 2tomato barik kata hua
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Pinchhing
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 2 serving spoondesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek pan me desi ghee garam kare,pinch hing daale, onion n ginger garlic green chili daalkar bhun le.

  2. 2

    Ab tomato n sare masale daale aur bhune, ab boiled daal ko daale 2 glass water daalkar aur 10 minute pakne de.

    Ready hai Nepali Gahat ya Kulthi ki daal
