Ingredients

  • 4 cupHung curd
  • 1/4 tspgram flour
  • 2 smallBoiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspChopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tbspGrated coconut
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1/4 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbspChopped onion
  • 2 tbspChena/ Indian cottage cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the curd into the muslin cloth tie up and leave it for over night.
    Dry roast the gram flour.
    Mash or grate the potato, grate the cottage cheese.

  2. 2

    Now mix curd, cottage cheese, mashed potato and all the dry spices instead of oil. Mix well.
    Divide the mixture into equal portion.
    Heat the oil in a non stick pan, Make the kabab with the mixture, Fry them on medium flame fry until golden and crisp.
    Serve with green chutney.
