Achari parantha is an easy recipe prepared for breakfast. It is very flavourful can be taken on picnic or travelling too. It is prepared by using pickle masala.

Achari parantha is an easy recipe prepared for breakfast. It is very flavourful can be taken on picnic or travelling too. It is prepared by using pickle masala.
Steps

Take wheat flour in a bowl. Knead it and rest it for 20 min.

Take pickle masala in a bowl. Add green chilli & coriander leaves in it.

Take a small ball from the dough, flatten it and roll with rolling pin.

Place two table spoon masala on it. Fold it.

Dust some flour on it and roll it about same size of chapati. Cut small rounds with a round shape cutter.

Heat tawa. Put little oil on it.

Place the mini paranthe on it.

After one minute flip them.

Drizzle some oil on it. Flip again

Parantha's are done when both sides become crispy & golden.

Serve hot with curd and green chutney.
