besan ka chilla is a quick and easy recipe of spiced pancakes made with gram flour, spices & veggies. This is also a healthy evng snack with tea. Everyone will love to eat this nutritious & tasty pancake. It is also called veg omlette .
Steps

Sieve the gram flour in a bowl.

Add onion, capsicum, carrom seeds, salt and pepper in it. Mix well.

Add water & make a lump free batter. It shuld be little runny not a thick batter.

Heat a pan or tawa on medium heat.

Drizzle some oil on it.
Pour the batter with the help of a ladle & spread it to make round shape. - 6
After two minutes flip off the chila.

Cook both sides till gets golden brown.

It's ready. Serve hot with tamarind sauce.
