Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Roast wheat flour / atta on medium flame until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance.

After stiringing further for 10 - 15 mins switch off the flame.

Let the mixture cool down add the sugar powder,raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.

When it cools shape it into ladoo.
