  1. 2 cupWheat flour / atta -
  2. 1 cupClarified butter -
  3. 1 cupSugar powder -
  4. 1/4 tspGreen cardamom powder -
  5. 2 tbspRaisins -

Cooking Instructions

    Heat clarified butter in a pan.

  2. 2

    Roast wheat flour / atta on medium flame until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance.

  3. 3

    After stiringing further for 10 - 15 mins switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Let the mixture cool down add the sugar powder,raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    When it cools shape it into ladoo.
