grind spices to fine powder

blend with oj, vinegar, lemon juice, peppers & tequilla till smooth

cut pork butt into 2 inch cubes

place pork cubes into a large ziplock container, add blended spices and seal.

line pan with banana leaves

put meat and juices onto the bbanana leaves and wrap tight
