Steps

Wash and soak rice for 20 mins in water

After 20 mins drain the water from soaked rice.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.

Now add cloves,cardomom,cinnamon and the dry fruits and stir for few seconds

Now add rice and stir fry for a minute

Add sugar,water and milk in the cooker mix well and put little kevda essence

Pressure cook on medium flame for one one whistle

Let it cool completely.drizzle a spoon of ghee on it.

Garnish with freshly grated coconut or khopra as well (optional)
