Steps

Wash and cut the edges of the parwal / pointed gourd on both sides and cut into two pieces.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds to crackle.

Add parwal / pointed gourd and saute for 3 - 4 mins.

Add onion and saute for 4 - 5 mins in low flame.

Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powde,green chilli and one tbsp of water and mix well.

Add salt and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins in low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
