First... Take a pan.. Heat 1 table spoon oil.. Heat it Add hing..Jeera.. Potato.. Mashed.. Red Chilli powder haldi.. Salt...chat masala..Mix and cook nicely then keep aside.

Now tak maida.. Add 1 table spoon oil.. Salt.. Water and make dough.. Keep aside for 10 mins

Heat oil for frying

Now make chapati of maida..

Put potato masala in center..

Put liquid maida on sides.. And fold...

Cut into pieces..

Press them one by one between plams. Put sesame seeds..

Dip in maida thin paste.. And deep. Fry at medium heat til it gets crispy
