  • 1Boiled lotus stem
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspghee
  • Lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspZeera powder
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tspChat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a lotus stem cut slanted and pressure cooker it for 5 min.

  2. 2

    Take a kadayi add ghee..besan bhuno till golden brown now add all the masalas and hara dhnia.. now add lotus stem..

  3. 3

    Cover for 2 min.
