Ingredients

  • 250 gmAmla
  • Sarson oil
  • Methi dana+saunf powder
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder
  • Haldi

Steps

  1. 1

    First boil the water in vessel n let it cool down..drain the water. Keep aside

  2. 2

    Dry roast methi dana and saunf and powder them..

  3. 3

    Heat mustard oil till smoking point..cool it down..

  4. 4

    Now add masalas and boiled amla.. add slit hari mirch simmer for 5 min. Achar ready to eat..
