In a sufuria with small amount of oil.. let the minced meat to cook on it with small amount of water.when ready keep it aside to cool and drain all the water in it

In a pan with oil heat the chopped dania, garlic and ginger..do not allow to brown

Add them in the cooked minced meat and mix them.

In the minced meat add egg yolk and breadcrumbs..

If it is not possible to make balls from the mixture add a little flour

Make a ball then roll with hand to make a shape of sausage

Pass in egg white

After passing it in egg white pass it in flour then deep in oil on heat

When it browns remove it and pass it in egg white again for the second coat
- 10
Follow the process to all kebabs..
