Crispy Potato Pakode

Wash and peel the potato and cut them into thin slices.

Take the gram flour in a bowl and slowly add water to make smooth thick batter, add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin

Heat oil in a deep fry pan, take slice of potato one by one coat with batter and deep fry them on low flame, so that potato should get cooked properly.

Sprinkle chat masals on Pakode and serve these hot pakodas with tea or tomato sauce.
