Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrots grated
  • 2 cupfresh cream
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 4cardamom powder
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2 tbsppoppy seeds
  • 100 gmkaju chopped
  • 100 gmbadam chopped
  • 1 tbsppure ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat ghee

  2. 2

    Put cardamom powder

  3. 3

    Add carrots grated

  4. 4

    Lid the pan

  5. 5

    When water us socked

  6. 6

    Add milk mix well

  7. 7

    Add fresh cream

  8. 8

    Mix well till halwa left the side

  9. 9

    Add sugar saute it till sugar melt

  10. 10

    Add dry fruits and poppy seeds

  11. 11

    Saute till halwa reddish

  12. 12

    Serve hot.
