Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupchopped onion, potato, tomato, capsicum &green peas
  • 1 tspchana dal
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • 1/4 tspmethi dana
  • 1sabut mirch
  • as per neededSalt
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil crackle mustard seed &methi dana&sabut mirch

  2. 2

    Fry potatoes chana dal

  3. 3

    Dein saute all veggies

  4. 4

    Add semolina &roast

  5. 5

    Add salt& 1/4tsp tomato sauce

  6. 6

    Mix well and add milk and water

  7. 7

    Cook 3-4mnt

  8. 8

    Garnish with peanut &serve hot..
