Ingredients

10 servings
  • 6 mediumpotatoes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1 1/2onion
  • 1 boxvelveta cheese
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    cut potatoes & onion into bite size peices place in a 13x9 baking pan

  3. 3

    add salt & pepper over potato & onion mixture

  4. 4

    on the stove over medium heat melt half a box of velveta & milk together

  5. 5

    pour mixture over potatoes & onion

  6. 6

    bake for 20-25 min or until potatoes are soft

  7. 7

    add shredded velveta over the top & broil til cheese is browned
