1. preheat oven to 425°F

2. cut the clean and peeled veggies into wedges all the same size

3. place in a bowl add oil and toss

4. spread veggies evenly on the baking sheet.

5. bake for 20 mins or until the are done. Turning them over have way through cooking time.

6. sprinkle with Salt, Pepper & Herbs seasonings.
