Take hot water and knead suji with it add salt also.after

Knead till sooji be smooth.

Make a small ball like pani Puri.

Deep fry it.it's very crispy.

Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.

Add oil in cooker and heeng jeera till crackle.and potatoes.

Now add all spices.and add water and take vissel...nangori aloo is ready to eat..... garnish with coriander.
