Ingredients

  • 1 ltrMilk.
  • 250 gGrated khoya.
  • Sugar syrup.. As required
  • 4 tspSoaked saffron.
  • Chop mixed nuts.. Half cup
  • Falooda.. As required
  • 2 tbspFresh pomegranate seeds.

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk ko boil kar Rabri ready ke le add some sugar, saffron and nuts cool them.

  2. 2

    After cool add grated khoya and mix well pour rabri in kulfi moulds set in freezer.

  3. 3

    After freeze plate main kulfi cut ke rakhe falooda Dale sugar syrup Dale garnish pomegranate and serve chilled.
