Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 1. One finally chopped carrot
  2. 5-6. Finally chopped mushroom
  3. 1. One finally chopped onion
  4. 1/2 cup. Boiled corns
  5. 1/4 cup. Cheese
  6. 1tbsp. Finally chopped garlic
  7. 2tsp. Soya sauce
  8. 1tsp. Red chilli sauce
  9. 1tbsp. Vinegar
  10. 4cup. Vegetable stock
  11. 1/2 cup. Chopped bottle gourd
  12. . Salt according to taste
  13. 2tbsp. Oil
  14. 3tbsp. Corn flour
  15. 1 cup. Deep fried noodles
  16. 1tsp. Black pepper
  17. . Coriander leaves hand full

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat butter in a wok.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and chopped garlic in it & soute them for 4-5 min.

  3. 3

    Now add sliced mushroom, chopped carrot, chopped bottle gourd and soute them.

  4. 4

    Now add corns & vegetable stock in it. Let it come to boil.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper, soya souce, chilli sauce & vinegar and stir well.

  6. 6

    Now add cheese or tofu cut into cubes and add to the soup.

  7. 7

    Mix corn flour with 1/4 water and add to the soup & cook till it thickens.

  8. 8

    It's ready. Serve hot with fried noodles

  9. 9

    Garnish with coriander leaves
