Mix it well then make a thick dough and rest for 10 min.

Kadai me oil gram karein then then moong daal ache se fry karein then add salt, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, chat masala ,gram masala powder and 1/2 cup water daal ke mix karein aur slow gas par ache se paka le jab pani sukh jaye to thanda karein aur halka press karein.

Dough se loi le then kachori type bana le hath se then filling bhar ke oil bana ke kachori shape me bana le
Ab kadai me oil gram karein then slow gas par kachori deep fry karein......... - 4
Then serve with green chutney
