Methi parantha or fenugreek parantha is a healthy parantha made from fresh fenugreek leaves, wheat flour & spices. It is a best recipe for kids Tiffin or whenever you traveling. It is also good for diabetic patients.
Steps

Sieve the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.

Add fenugreek leaves, salt and pepper, carrom seeds, onion and green chillies in it. Mix properly.

Add some water and knead the dough. Keep aside for 30 min.

Now take a small ball from the dough.

Dust with wheat flour & roll it with a rolling pin.

Heat a tawa. Put some ghee on it.

Place the parantha on it.

Flip off after one min.

Put some ghee on it & shallow fry from both sides till it becomes crispy and golden.

It's ready. Serve with butter or curd.
