Ingredients

  • one cup. Fenugreek leaves
  • two cup. Wheat flour
  • One. finally chopped onion
  • two. Finally chopped green chilli
  • one teaspoon. Carrom seeds
  • . Salt according to taste
  • one teaspoon. Red chilli powder
  • one teaspoon. Garam masala powder
  • . Ghee or butter for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add fenugreek leaves, salt and pepper, carrom seeds, onion and green chillies in it. Mix properly.

  3. 3

    Add some water and knead the dough. Keep aside for 30 min.

  4. 4

    Now take a small ball from the dough.

  5. 5

    Dust with wheat flour & roll it with a rolling pin.

  6. 6

    Heat a tawa. Put some ghee on it.

  7. 7

    Place the parantha on it.

  8. 8

    Flip off after one min.

  9. 9

    Put some ghee on it & shallow fry from both sides till it becomes crispy and golden.

  10. 10

    It's ready. Serve with butter or curd.
