Steps

Add four cups of water in a cooking pan add salt and a spoon of cooking oil and bring to boil.

Clean the rice. Add it in the boiling water and cook on low.

When the water starts drying add in half the grated carrots and stir and cover.

Chop the onion and tomatoes and coriander. Chop the chicken into pieces.

Heat oil in a cooking pan. Fry the onions and add chicken

Fry for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir. Add in the coriander and mix in

Add salt to taste and stir add a bit of water and stir. Leave to cook

Add a little oil in a sufuria and add the carrots and the cabbages add a bit of salt and stir

Serve hot
