For the Ragda

Soak peas for 8-9 hours or overnight

Cook the peas on the pressure cooker till 5-6 whistles or until soft.off the flame.

In a pan heat oil.Add asofoetida, green chillies chopped.Saute for a minute and add the cooked peas. Add salt, turmeric powder and water to make a semi thick consistency.

Boil the potatoes till 2-3 whistles.Off the gas. Peel and mash the potatoes. Add cornflour, salt and turmeric powder. Mash and mix it well and make equal lemon sized balls.Shape the balls into pattice.

In a pan heat oil on medium flame.Roast the patties till golden brown in colour turning both the sides of the pattice.

Assembling:

In a serving dish place 2-3 patties. Over it pour 2-3 spoons of piping hot Ragda. Now top it with green chutney, Sweet chutney.Sprinkle roasted cumin powder,salt, red chilli powder. Lastly sprinkle sev, Coriander leaves, chopped onions.

Serve immediately.
